my choose is B, I checked on the practice handbook at the item of fair dealing, it never said the word" prospective clients". For A, I think members should treat all clients equally is right, equally means whatever the clients' request is, you need to treat them unbiased. so A is in some extend right.
please tell me why I should choose B since there is no " prospective clients" mention the the chapter of " fair dealing". |
