Factoring Inflation in Req. Return In IPS
Sorry if this is a repost, but I couldn't find anything on this topic via the search function.
My quesiton is, how does one calculate a nominal required return in the IPS with inflation?
I've seen it done R * (1+I) or just (R + I). Please help! Which is right? If both are right, in which instances do you use either? |
