your exam writing process?

One of the biggest problems I have is going through cases then reading the questions and struggling to find the relevant information. Often I get the incorrect answer because I missed a small detail in the section.

How do you go about the exam?

Do you read the whole thing then go to questions?
Do you skim over the questions then read the case?

Any other tips, suggestions?

I look over the questions to see what topic I'm dealing with. I read the first question and then start reading the vignette. Usually they go in order so just read until you move onto a different subject (usually related to the next question). Sometimes there might be relevant information later on, but rarely. Underline/circle all the important key words.
