determining purchase price paid in acquisition method - fra intercorporate
do direct acquisition costs such as prof, legal, consulting fees capitalized on to the cost or expensed.. i thought it was expensed.. read somewhere it was capitalized so confusing ERGH
what costs would be capitalized in the purchase price? thanks! |
