I have had the chance to use both (unfortunately), and I like Stalla a lot more than Schweser. To me, Schweser notes are way too abbreviated to have any value. Stalla's notes provide a happy medium between Schweser and CFAI books. I also have the video CDs - they are worth every cent plus the shipping because of Peter Olinto's lectures.
I have experienced Schweser's live 16-week online seminar and their video CDs - they do not even come close to comparing with Stalla. The only thing I do not like about Stalla is the PassMaster - but the stuff that matters most (video and notes) are superior. Have to take the good with the bad, I guess. |
