Violation Response

received, anything, continue

has anyone heard back from the CFA Institute?

I send my letter in and got a response from them that they have received my letter and would continue the investigation shortly after I sent the letter. However, it is going on 40 days, and I have no heard anything further.

Every day that goes by, I get more and more anxious. I have no idea when I will hear or how long it will take. It is highly frustrating. Has anyone heard back from them?

Well nobody seems to have heard from them so far.. all are awaiting.. wonder how long they will take...

I recently came across this overview:

It shows that all June 2011 cases are still pending. Of the 286 December 2010 cases, 72 are still pending. I'm afraid this probably means that the process can take at least half a year.

I asked for some feedback on monday and they told me this:

"In general, cases related to the CFA exam administration take approximately 4 to 8 months to complete. That timeline is not a guarantee, however. Your case may take a shorter or longer amount of time."
