This is true. When the numbers on the display start to fade, you still have about 10 hours of battery life left.
I've had mine since early 2008 , should I be worried? I think my use is probably about the norm for a finance professional. Do most things on excel and use it more when I'm studying...Should it die soon?
Last yr, for level 1, I bought another one and brought it in with me just in case.
If you don't end up needing it, you wasted $30, if you do end up needing it, you saved yourself a whole yr. It's not worth it to fret during the exam. I know it give you a warning but I try to minimize worrying about anything, especially on the day of!
