熟练工人工作效率仅仅是非熟练工人的２倍，但是工资却大于２倍。个人觉得应该减少熟练工人的工资或增加其使用量啊，而答案却是增加非熟练工人的使用，或者这里use是salary的意思？麻烦各位帮忙看一下，谢谢！
