Retaker - Which package of Schweser?

I am retaking L3 and have used schweser(premium plus) last year. I believe not much changes in between 2009 & 2010 and wondering what package should I order. Schweser offers 50% discount of their premium package to the repeat candidate. However I don’t see mcuh use for their premium or essential package because I did not use much other than notes. My strategy is to read CFA books for most part and do all EOC and then review Schweser notes and Qs for final review.
Because of the 50% discount the price difference is not much between notes and premium but it is some extra bucks and wondering if there any use of it.
Please advise and let me know what are you doing if you are in a similar position.
Thanks for the input

Bills, i’ve had Schweser Notes, and i’m keeping them. Looks like not much change since last year. I haven’t read the CFA texts, so i’ll concentrate on doing that and end of chapter problems rather. it seems to me that schweser l3 is a big departure from their quality for l1 and l2, i wouldn’t invest any more $$ into their l3 products, except for the Secret Sauce, which is great to review closer to the exam.

Since CFA Text is very detail and I wanted to use Schweser for review specially in the last few days, I wanted to avoid any hassles in reconciling 2009 & 2010 at that time..just a little thought.
However on Secret Sauce I did not find much of a use for L3….and it may just be my experience.

As a retaker I already have Schweser notes but was planning on just buying qbank. However, I balked at paying another $300. What do you think? Is this worth it?
ETA I can’t believe they are charging $150 for those flashcards. Geez.

TVnerd, I have not exactly narrow down the difference between 2009 & 2010. If not much, then I will not spend the extra bucks on the notes and used the last years.
I have the Q bank last year but did not use it, I may use this year but don’t want spend too much time on it since feed back on AF for Q bank is not great for L3. For me nailing down the AM sections and Ethics is the key to kill L3.

After doing the comparison between 2009 & 10 LOS, I have decided not to buy new schweser and use the old notes. Following are the comparison that I have noted between 2009 & 10:
CFA Book1 - No change
Book2 - Removed 2009 Reading 15 & 17(Low Basis) and addedd new reading 15(taxes and Private Wealth Management in Global Context) & 16(Estate planning in a global context)
Book3 - Reading 26 Added 1 LOS and removed 2
Book 4- Added 1 LOS in Reading 30 &42
Book 5 - No change
Please let me know what you have decided.

Thanks for the update and comparison, bills. I’m just going through CFAI again and I might end up not touching the Schweser stuff, save for the practice exams, formula summaries, and their quicksheet.

TVnerd, I am also going planning to go through the CFAI & EOC howevever after one read I am planning to go back to Schweser notes & CFA EOC. I normally don’t do my own notes and feel overwhelming to review the huge CFAI text when close to exam days.
