equity: NOPAT and $WACC

example, equity, amount
do they both have the same base?
for example, if there is a NOPAT rate and WACC rate, do they apply to the same base to ge the dollar amount of NOPAT and WACC? Thanks.

What’s a NOPAT rate?
NOPAT = EBIT(1-t)
It’s in Dollar already.
