2013 June Level 2 study session 5 Reading 18 Example 3
I am confused with how the depreciation expense gets added up to the EBIT for question 1.
When depreciation expenses goes up (as per mentioned in question1), shouldn’t the EBIT be reduced instead? How come the solution to question 1 is adding up the $475 depreciation expense to the EBIT?
Did i misunderstand the question? Can someone please assist? |
