二 NOTES4 P126 committed funds是什么意思？ 句子是： the management fee is usually 1.5% to 2.5%,and is based on the committed funds ,not just funds already invested. 投入的资金和承诺的资金之间到底怎么算的？ 承诺后是不是资金就锁定了，投资者也不能随意动用了，并且要被PE收管理费？
三 NOTES4 P120 在讲PE时说 对于投资到PE里，there is often a minority discount associated with the investment. 这句话什么意思？ 投资者的相对股权占劣势，所以评估时要打折考虑？
四 NOTES5 P117 assurity of completion 保证交割完成的意思？ assurity 这词百度 谷歌都查不出来确切的意思来。
五 contractd是不是有达成合同的..的意思 比如contractd future cash flow 是 已达成合同的未来的现金流的意思？
