[求助] 一道关于WACC的题

increase, corporate
 

Explain how corporate borrowing can increase the value of the firm? How can it also destroy the value of the firm?

 

请问从哪几个方面着手分析呢?

 胡乱说说啊, 1.borrowing 增加了leverage,也就是说收益和损失都会被放大.2. interest paid 是税前抵减的. 可以避税3.borrowing太多,会有financial distress.
