Days off and Firm Policies

like, guidelines, something, vacation

for all those people actually in ER, what are your firm's guidelines for days off before the exam?

is it basically all firms say to use personal and vacation or do some firms give a few days?

I dont think my firm has a policy but i know myself and at least 10 other people in research are sitting in June and would like to try to get something implemented.

My company gives us two days off for studying. If I want more days off I have to use my vacation days.. you don't want to know how many vacation days I've used in the past 4 years for just studying.. ugh.

Ya I stopped doing that after my first level 2 attempt. Not worth it IMO. In the last week, I should be ready to go anyway.
