mkt, net, investment, equity, amount
请教一个level 2 equity investment 的公式

1： enterprise value= mkt value of cs+mv of ps+mv of debt+minority interest-cash and investment,
这里减去cash and investment 的部分应该怎么理解？

note 注解是： acquirer's net price (paid for the target) would be lowered by the amount of the target's liquid assets. 看了还是不太明白，求指点，谢谢了

from the perspective of the acquirer, it acquires the target by paying a certain amount, say A, while immediately receiving the total amount of liquid assets of the target, say B, so it can be viewed as the acquirer only needs to pay (A-B).
