C.Trading;
1.Not act, or cause others to act, on material nonpublic information that could affect the value of a publicly traded investment.
CFAI says;
information is material if it is likely that a reasonable investor would consider it important
and that it would be viewed as significantly altering the TOTAL MIX OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
what’s this “TOTAL MIX OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE” mean??
