Bigger worries in life than the CFA
I just got a call that one of my good friends who I graduated school with last May committed suicide this week. Don’t know details yet. Was just a great great person. Also was totally brilliant. Was one of 5 ppl to manage a 1M fund for my school’s business school. Started work at Lehman this fall. Then got bought by Barclays. Maybe work related stress, but I’d just be speculating.
So the CFA is important and I will keep studying tonight because there’s nothing you can do, but it’s just one of those days when you get a wakeup call, sometimes much needed. |
