Regional Position in the Southeast
Responsibilities:
Help build and maintain coverage of the Communications Technology sector.
Construction and maintenance of financial models including: earnings, valuations and industry models for the firm’s sales force and institutional clients.
Generate detailed reports/notes on relevant investment themes and events
Significant due diligence requiring “cold calling”, surveying, building industry contacts
Keep abreast of company filings and industry-related news flow.
Other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong writing skills absolutely necessary
Passion for financial markets
Must be detail oriented to the point of nearly having a disorder
Ability to build pro forma income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement in your sleep, and familiarity with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
