experience, having, local
Any body have any clue if you can join a local CFA society with less than 4 year experience having passed level I?

I am pretty sure you can, but I think you’ll be categorized as an affiliate member. For full membership, you need the experience. Either way, the CFAI and the societies will get their monies.
