教材运到北京了，今天看UPS track的状态是“ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PROCESSING IS REQUIRED FOR FORMAL ENTRY SUBMISSION”
看之前的帖子一直说私人用品不用交关税。
可是CFAI 的订书的确认email 里有这样一段话：
*International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must pay any additional
charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.
之前有新闻说海淘也要交税了。高人进来说说今年海关政策会不会有变，个人教材也必须交关税了？
