For Analytical purposes, what is the impact onm the debt to equity ratio if the market rate of interest increases after the bond issued?

如果interest rate增加，bond的market value减小，所以如果D/E rario是用market value来算的话，D/E减小。

但是如果是做分析的目的为M&A,算Target的D/E，D/E是用那里可以optimal capital structure的D/E, 与market value无关
