此题问第二年末，carried interest是多少。

答案给出收益率8.01%<hurdle rate9%，故carried interest为0.

请问怎么算的？

 

deal by deal 中的carried interest算法不是，收益除以该项目投资额么，题中没明确说项目B投资多少，但从第一年总call 100M，投资给A项目40M，那剩下的就是投资给B项目的60M了。B项目第二年退出额为70，收益率应该是10/60=16.7?

不知道对否，请帮忙解答~~

是IRR，不是accumulated return.

only if the internal rate of return is greater than the hurdle rate, the GP can realize the carried interest. Otherwise the GP can not realize any carried interest.

 

It is the internal rate of return not realized rate of return.
