胡老师：您好！

在Ethics课后的Exam Flashbacks里面的第二题，请问为什么会选择A. 我的答案是C。因为个人觉得A国的法律表明该会员所遵守的法律应该是在商务发生地，所以应该是B国的法律，而B国的法律没有standard严格所以应该遵守standard.

请胡老师指教。
