BA-II Plus before, simple, problem, receiving, calculator

Trying to solve this really simple problem.

I do 2nd-reset-enter before entering any values in PV worksheet.

PV=-802.07, N=40, FV=1000, PMT=30, CPT->I/Y

I am receiving 48% on my calculator. Answer should be 4%.

What am I doing wrong?

hit 2nd I/Y (P/Y) and make sure it says 1.
