Eleventh Hour book anything, different, experience, pdf

Has anyone else purchased Elan's Eleventh Hour guide? If so, how was your experience?

I ordered it off their website on Wednesday, and they said they'd email me a .pdf of it within 48 hours and the hard copy will be mailed in 3 days. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received anything from them. The website doesn't have a "Track my Shipment" section so I'm just waiting for either the .pdf of the book to show up on my doorstep.

Has anyone else had a similar/different experience with Elan?

I ordered it online on Tuesday I think around 7 PM and they e-mailed me a copy around 7 AM the next day. Make sure you e-mail them, they actually told me to e-mail them to verify that I actually got my copy. If you just tell them I'm certain they will fix it quickly [hopefully you don't have to wait until Monday].
