I don't believe so. I think there is no use for fundamental analysis at the semi-strong level but there is still use for it at the weak level of efficient market hypothesis.
If I believe in the weak is their value added by doing fundamental analysis or no? I know tech doesn't add value for weak and for semi, fundamental isn't suppose to add value.
I agree with EastCoastJ - in other words, fundamental analysis does add value under the Weak Form of EMH.
Investopedia says: "...weak form efficiency advocates assert that fundamental analysis can be used to identify stocks that are undervalued and overvalued..."
