Newbie to CFA level 1 2010, already, helpful, level, start

Hi Guys,

I have planned to take CFA level 1 dec 2010, I have no backround on financial. Please help me out how to start my preparation and path for passing it.I have already got Kaplan Schweser materials.

any suggestion would be much helpful.

start reading, it will be difficult at first, but once you go over the questions, and re read the chapters, you will get more comfortable with the material.

you are starting very early and you will be bored a few months in - I would go through the material once and then take a month or two off, then go through the parts that you are weak in again.
