cfa level 2 registration website, release, process, start

Hi

i took level 1 in June and am awaiting the results next week.

When does the registration for Level 2 exam start on the CFA website? Would this be immediately after the results for Level 1 are out next week? Also I am assuming the registration will kick start the process for the CFAI to send over the study materials? Also when does Swesser release their notes for Level 2?
