I have a BA in psychology. I wasn't so much thinking dream job, but do you believe it would be realistic for me to think I could get a very entry-level job in the industry (e.g. assistant to an analyst, or some sort of administrative work for someone in the industry) after passing level 1.

Once I pass level 2, do you think I could then plan on landing a junior analyst position, or is that still too unrealistic? Where does level 2 take someone who has a non-finance background (BA in psych)?

It will be tough. You have to appreciate that there will be a lot of finance undergrads, along with level 2 & 3 passers looking at the same positions. In your case I would definitely be looking at working and expanding my network.
