priority of transactions (MOCK CFAI)
brave ones,
MOCK CFAI
Q 8 (AM) - he did not violate VI(B) because he was only trading on his own account
Q 14 (PM) - he violated VI(B) because he traded ahead of clients/employer
am I missing something...? any comments please. thanks |
