LIFO to FIFO Working Capital
Suppose the lifo reserve is 100 and tax rate is 40%. So, if I convert from LIFO to FIFO my inventory would go up by 100, taxes by 40, and Income/Equity by 60. Assuming I have been correct so far, by how much does working capital increase??
Does it increase by 100 (inventory) or something else? |
