Cost of Level 2 exam increase, price, purchase, included

Hello everyone...I can't seem to find the price ; I know they increase as it approaches the exam date, but I haven't been able to find out the prices along with the dates you are able to purchase the books.
I didn't have to pay for level I since it was included in my tuition, so I'm amateur with the pricing setup...

Any facts, or links to CFAI page with the answer would be greatly appreciated!
