Can some one explain to me the job description related to this title in treasury department in one of the multinational bank ? what is the rule specifically and if this job related to CFA 4 years work experience or not ?

For example, if you are a FX sales dealer, you'll get prices from FX traders, adding a spread and then sell that out to customers (branches, corporates, etc.). That is to say, you will not be allowed to have any position.
