Email/Support from Test Prep providers service, include, question, material, experience

Hello - Several of the service providers include email support in their packages. So, if you have a question with the provider's material or an end of chapter question, you can email support and you will supposedly get a prompt response with the answer to your question.

This seems very handy... assuming the responses are prompt and answer the question you asked.

Does anyone have any experience using these this service (any provider)? If so, can you please let me know which of the service provider you used, did you have a positive or negative experience with the email support.
