Emergin Market Valuation initial, difficult, valuation, remember, material

Just finished going over the EM valuation material and found it quite consuming and difficult to remember. Anyone know or have an educated guess as to how much of this might be tested on the exam?

My initial thought were at least on item set....

No idea, but I'm studying it like there'll be at least a good chunk of item set on it.

i hope not that much cuz it doesn't seem to have any specific formulas or much in the way of tangible concrete concepts to really sink your teeth into and get comfortable with; it's a whole lot of "just try to do this kind of stuff"...

who knows about the weighting, i feel like it shouldn't be that much, but then again, every third question in last year's exam seemed to have something to do with a leveraged buyout, and those don't come up that much in the curriculum, so who knows.
