question on gain on asset in the forwards section
volume 6 (derivatives) q.4 (d) page 50.
It might be a silly question but I put it on the forum because I think I got stuck.
I don't understand where the "gain on the asset" of $225-$190 comes from. I mean, the guy didn't purchase any asset at time 0, so how is this gain possible? |
