ticket printing problem printing, ticket, problem, correct, address

Hi,

Tried to print the exam ticket but found that some part of the printout has strange non-English characters: mainly those monospace fonts in address, name, etc.

Has anyone have this problem? How do you print a correct copy of your ticket?
