equity: bargaining power of buyer/supplier buyer, choice, equity, customer, one

when the customer has weak bargaining power, can we say supplier has strong bargainning power?

if both choice apear in the asnwer, which one should we choose? Thanks.

I could be wrong but I believe the customer is the one the retailer sells to and the supplier is the one the retailer buys from.
Therefore a weak customer bargaining power isn't necessarily a strong supplier bargaining power but there are both connected to the retailer.
