Q bank problem problem, happening, standards, only

Maybe this is a reposted topic but can you please help me?
When I create new exam in Schweser Q bank with 60 questions and option “CFA Institute Topic Area Weighting” in some cases I get a test where there is only 2 questions from Ethical and professional standards, which is around 3% and correct weighting should be 10%. That's also happening with other areas... please help.
Do you have the same problem? Is that normal?
