Alright, I think that's what I put if it helps. As long as you didn't include depreciation or financing costs, you're fine.

Wasn't there another option with 203K something....i think thats what i was getting and i dint take int and dep...it was option a from what i remember..does it ring any bell for anyone else?

YEA I KNW....some guys...we are also sum guys...lets c now....as far as i am concerned i did wat i thought is right.....the debt interest was tax deductible so i did not net that for tax.....i hope i was right....and i got 71500 as the answer..!
