Which one did you guys pick,,, Swaps have 0 value

something, choice, second, about
The second choice was, Swaps have 0 value initially....
The third choice was something about automatic termination of swaps..
Forgot the first one..

0 value initially rings a bell. I don't think swaps automatically terminate/expire.

If i remember correctly, question asked to pick the incorrect one?,,,

What about curreny swaps? NP is exchanged b/n the 2

Yeah, currency swaps do exchange notional principal at the contract initiation. If the question asked for the incorrect answer it was definitely automatic termination of swaps.

Yes - Swaps are customized transactions - I cannot think of automatically terminating them...

if I remember correctly, the 3rd choice (C) was, "Swaps can be automatically terminated as long as the termination price is set correctly"...

Anyway, I went with (C) as the incorrect answer..

Actually I remember that the incorrect choice was that one (automatic termination of swaps).
