What to do with the free time? currently, knowledge, nothing, finance, similar

Having given my L1 this June, I have been free for over a month now with nothing to do.

Are any of you guys (the ones who are not currently employed) going for any smaller, similar certifications which might help your finance knowledge a bit?

Also, if any of you have taken internships with some local organizations/working under some professors. Which do you think is the better option to fill up the void?
More importantly, how to get it??

What should be done in this free time that could help my resume a bit and rid me of this boredom?

Either work out a lot/do a lot of physical activities, or catch up on some non CFA related reading. That's my game plan for the summer.
