Private Company Valuation someone, similar, different, Investment, lead

I have seen similar questions on LOS 46c: Explain alternative definitions of value, and demonstrate how different definitions can lead to different estimates of value

Could someone explain when/where Fair Market Value, Investment Value, and Intrinsic Value might be most appropriate?

Examples for each would be dynamite.
