CFA Charter Award Ceremony 2010, additional, attending, presented, dinner

My local society send me an invitation to the CFA Charter Award Ceremony (to be held in Nov 2010).

They said for those attending the Ceremony, an “extra charter” will be presented at the event at no additional cost. But I need to pay for the dinner.

Do you think it's worth going?

One extra jumbo sized diploma....one for the office, one to snuggle w/ in bed since you neglected everything else in your life to pass 18 months worth of exams.
