Law of diminishing returns.... returns, studying, anything

After about 3 hours of studying I feel like I enter this land of delirium and retain pretty much nothing...I know it is crunch time and have to put in a lot of hours these 2 to 3 weeks but I hate when I fall into that rut of not be able to retain anything...

What do we all do to get back on track?
