Ethics: Standard VII - Reference to CFA Insti....

Hey guys just a question on Standard VII - Reference to the CFA Institute, Designation etc.

Ok I'm well aware that a candidate would violate the standard by stating on their resume that they received the "highest scores" on all sections of the CFA exam (as scores aren't reported). However if they stated that they achieved marks >70 (the highest mark range) in all sections would that also constitute a violation?

hmmm I want to say not officially a violation, but if they imply superior performance because of this it is a violation....any thoughts?

Since stating > 70% is a fact, it wouldn't be a violtion. Similar to how it is not a violation to say "XYZ candidate passed Levels 1,2, and 3 on their first attempt"
