Q Bank timing question question

I noticed when I create Q bank tests, the timer turns red after 1 minute since I start working on each question. I thought we ought to allocate approx 1.5 minutes to each question.

Hope one of you can shed some light. Thank you.

after 1 minute timer turns into orange, and after 1,5 minute into red. You have to allocate approximately 1,5 min to each question (360/240).
