and insomnia comes back...

on bed for the past 3 hours tossing and turning. Just cant get myself to sleep!! I guess i will have to cut evening tea. Im too sensitive to caffeine.

But then how would i charge myself to concentrate n focus in evenings?!

My two cents is keep doing whatever it is to keep you going this weekend. Start to cutback on Wednesday and concentrate on getting a good frame of mind.
