What cities are on the covers of books 2 and 4?

Shanghai, cities, China, guess
Book 2, the guy is overlooking a harbour. My guess is Toronto, maybe Vancouver

Book 4, I imagine someplace in China, Shanghai? Tokyo?

Volume II is Toronto.

Volume IV is Shanghai.

I'd put big money on both.
