Equity: bargaining power of buyer/supplier correct, power

when buyer has weak bargainning power, can we also say supplier has strong bargainning power ? if both show up on the answer list, looks both are correct...

When he is the only supplier to the company. For eg: If a supplier gives you a specialized nut for building a machine, you will be more dependent on him. Switching to other suppliers will be impossible.
